Construction Phase Plans
We can assist with formulating and managing CPP’s to ensure your construction phase is properly planned and managed and kept relevant as your project develops. Under CDM 2015, all that fall under CDM must have a CPP.

Representation
We can work alongside you or your client if they have undertaken the role of the client under CDM to ensure all obligations are being met and the correct appointments of Principal Designers & Contractors are being made.
Principal Designer
Role
We can undertake the role of PD for your projects, we undertake all duties to ensure the proper planning has been executed pre-construction phase, collate pre-construction information, look to design out all hazards for construction phase and for end users, and compile H&S files after project completion.
Site Management
Role
We can assist with site management of projects, alongside our H&S credentials, we are chartered construction mangers, SVQ level 5 senior site mangers qualified, SMSTS, Temporary works coordinators, hold black CSCS cards, hold 3-day first aid qualifications to ensure projects are properly supervised.
COSHH Risk Assessments
We can assist with ensuring all hazardous substances being used or that your team may encounter on-site are properly risk assessed and documented in COSHH risk assessments. With advanced review, we may be able to advise a less hazardous substance or prevent the need to be around substances.
